LOTR Rise To War Commanders

In LOTR Rise To War, you can use a variety of commanders. Each commander is distinct and one-of-a-kind. There are three levels of commanders. Tier 3 commanders are typically the most difficult to obtain and level up.

Every commander has four skills that can be used. To activate skills, you must first spend some points on that skill. Skills are classified according to their level of respect. On respect level 0, you will be able to use two skills, on respect level 3, you will be able to use one additional skill, and on respect level 3, you will be able to use one more skill, with the last skill on respect LVL 3 being the most powerful. So on respect level 3 you will unlock all commander skills. 

You must level up your commander in order to gain points for investing in commander builds. Overall, it is difficult to max out commanders, so consult our tier list to determine which commander is the most powerful and provides the best value.
