Xie Chuyi is a DPS Esper in Dislyte with the ability to inflict Sear, decrease all enemy SPD, and raise his own C. RATE. Xie Chuyi may use Spirit Dispel to inflict Sear on the target, and his damage is increased while Xie Chuyi is present.

All enemies are slowed by Dead End. When Xie Chuyi is present, he can deal tremendous damage to immobilized enemies after ascending. While inflicting many hits, Netherworld Hurl raises his own C. RATE and inflicts DEF Down.
