Best Arlan Builds

Arlan is one of the 4-star lightning characters in Honkai Star Rail. Arlan has a lot of different builds, but most players are building him as Main DPS. He has Destruction, which allows him to deal damage. Now, we do not recommend this character because, when you compare him to other DPS characters, you will notice how underperforming he is. So replace him as soon as you get better characters. If you have to use him, pair him with a healer and characters that increase HP. Arlan is an S-tier character in Honkai Star Rail.

Best Arlan Light Cone

A Secret Vow

Increases DMG dealt by the wearer by 20%. The wearer also deals an extra 20% of DMG to enemies with a higher HP percentage than the wearer.

On the Fall of an Aeon

Whenever the wearer attacks, increase their ATK by 8/10/12/14/16% in this battle, up to 4 time(s). When the wearer inflicts Weakness Break on enemies, the wearer’s DMG increases by 12/15/18/21/24% for 2 turn(s).

Band of Sizzling Thunder

(2) Increases Lightning DMG by 12%.
(4) Enemy receives 40% more Shock DMG from the wearer. The wearer deals 18% more DMG to enemies inflicted with Shock.
(5) Increases Lightning DMG by 12%.

Band of Sizzling Thunder

(2) Increases the wearer’s ATK by 12%. When the wearer’s SPD reaches 120 or higher, the wearer’s ATK increases by another 12%.

Arlan Skills

Lightning Rush: Normal Attack

Single ATK
Deals 50% of Arlan’s ATK as Lightning DMG to a target enemy.

Shackle Breaker: Skill

Single ATK
Consumes 15% of Max HP to deal 150% of Arlan’s ATK as Lightning DMG to a target enemy. Skill cannot be used if HP is insufficient.

Frenzied Punishment: Ultimate

Blast
Deals 210% of Arlan’s ATK as Lightning DMG to a target enemy and 90% of Arlan’s ATK as Lightning DMG to enemies adjacent to the target.

Arlan Talent and Technique

Pain and Anger: Talent

Passive
Increases Arlan’s DMG based on his lost HP. up to a max of 40%.

Swift Harvest: Technique

Impair
Immediately attacks the enemy. After entering battle. deals 80% of Arlan’s ATK as Lightning DMG to all enemies.

Arlan Eidolon

Level 1: To the Bitter End

Skill can be used when HP is at least 5% of Max HP. If HP is insufficient, using Skill will reduce HP to 1.

Level 2: Breaking Free

Skill DMG is increased by 10%. When using Skill, dispels a debuff inflicted on Arlan.

Level 3: Power Through

Ultimate Lv. +3, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Basic ATK Lv. +1, up to a maximum of Lv. 10.

Level 4: Turn the Tables

When struck by a killing blow, instead of becoming incapacitated, Arlan immediately restores back to 25% of Max HP. This effect can only trigger 1 time per battle.

Level 5: Hammer and Tongs

Skill Lv. +3, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Basic ATK Lv. +1. up to a maximum of Lv. 10.

Level 6: Self-Sacrifice

When HP is lower than 50%, Ultimate’s DMG is increased by 15% and the DMG Multiplier on adjacent targets is increased to that of the target enemy.
