Best Herta Builds

Herta is one of the 4-star ice characters in Honkai Star Rail. Herta can be built in a variety of ways, but most players build her as a main DPS. She has Erudition, which allows her to deal with some serious AOE damage. She deals a good amount of damage considering that she is a 4-star character. However, we recommend that you replace her in your team once you have stronger DPS characters. If you intend to use her, it is best to pair her with characters who buff DMG or apply debuffs to enemies so Herta can deal even more damage. Herta is a B-tier character in Honkai Star Rail.

For every enemy on the field, increases the wearer’s ATK by 8/10/12/14/16%, up to 5 times. When an enemy is inflicted with Weakness Break, the wearer’s DMG increases by 24/30/36/42/48% for 1 turn.

The Birth of the Self

Increases DMG dealt by the wearer’s follow-up attacks by 24/30/36/42/48%. If the current HP of the target enemy is below 50% of their Max HP, increases DMG dealt by follow-up attacks by an extra 16/20/24/28/32%.

Celestial Differentiator

(2) Increases the wearer’s CRIT Rate by 8%. When the wearer’s current CRIT Rate reaches 80% or higher, the wearer’s Basic ATK and Skill DMG increase by 20%.

One-Time Offer: Skill

AoE ATK
Deals 55% of Herta’s ATK as Ice DMG to all enemies. If a target’s HP is 50% or higher. DMG dealt to this target is increased by 20%.

It’s Magic, I Added Some Magic: Ultimate

Ultimate Deals Ice DMG equal to 120% of Herta’s ATK to all enemies.

Passive
When any ally attack causes an enemy’s HP to fall to 50% or lower. Herta will launch a follow-up attack, dealing 25% of Herta’s ATK as Ice DMG to all enemies

It Can Still Be Optimized: Technique

Enhance
After using Technique. Herta’s ATK increases by 40% for 3 turn(s) in the next battle.

Herta Eidolon

Level 1: A Well’s Fallen Stone

When using Basic ATK, if the target enemy’s HP is less than or equal to 50% of Max HP, deals an additional 20% of ATK as Ice DMG.

Level 2: Triumph and Pursuit

Every time Herta’s Talent is triggered, her CRIT Rate is increased by 4%.

Level 3: That’s the Kind of Girl I Am

Ultimate Lv. +3, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Basic ATK Lv. +1, up to a maximum of Lv. 10.

Level 4: Hit Where it Hurts

The DMG dealt when Talent is triggered is increased by an additional 10%.

Level 5: Swear Big or Don’t Swear at All

Skill Lv. +3, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Basic ATK Lv. +1. up to a maximum of Lv. 10.

Level 6: No One Can Betray Me

After using Ultimate, ATK increases by an additional 40% for 1 turn(s).
