Best Jing Yuan Builds

Jing Yuan is a strong 5-star Lightning character in Honkai Star Rail. Jing Yuan has a lot of different builds, but most players are building him as Main DPS. She has the Erudition Path, which allows him to deal with some serious AOE damage. When it comes to team comps it is best to pair him with characters that will increase damage, add debuffs on enemies that will reduce their stats, or apply shock, which will allow Jing Yuan to deal some serious damage. Jing Yuan is an A-tier character in Honkai Star Rail.

Best Jing Yuan Light Cone

Before Dawn

Increases the wearer’s CRIT DMG by 32/40/48/56/64%. Increases the wearer’s Skill and Ultimate DMG by 20/25/30/35/40%. After the wearer uses their Skill or Ultimate, they gain Somnus Corpus. Upon triggering a follow-up attack, Somnus Corpus will be consumed and the follow-up attack DMG increases by 48/60/72/84/96%.

Night on the Milky Way

For every enemy on the field, increases the wearer’s ATK by 8/10/12/14/16%, up to 5 times. When an enemy is inflicted with Weakness Break, the wearer’s DMG increases by 24/30/36/42/48% for 1 turn.

The Seriousness of Breakfast

Increases the wearer’s DMG by 12/15/18/21/24%. For every defeated enemy, the wearer’s ATK increases by 4/5/6/7/8%, stacking up to 4 time(s).

AoE Attack
Deals 120% of Jing Yuan’s ATK as Lightning DMG to all enemies. Lightning-Lord’s next action has 1 additional Enhanced ATK(s) (not included in Lightning-Lord’s attack count). Lightning-Lord’s Enhanced ATK’s DMG Multiplier is increased by 60%.

Jing Yuan Talent and Technique

Extinguishing Body and Soul: Talent

Passive
Summons Lightning-Lord at the start of battle. Lightning-Lord has 60 base SPD and an attack count of 3. Lightning-Lord’s attack deals 30% of Jing Yuan’s ATK as Lightning DMG to a random enemy, and 25% of the DMG dealt to the enemy as Lightning DMG to adjacent targets. Every time Lightning Lord’s attack count increases by 1 (including Enhanced ATKS), Lightning-Lord’s SPD increases by 10. After the action has ended. Lightning-Lord’s SPD and attack count return to their original values. When Jing Yuan has fallen. Lightning-Lord will disappear. When Jing Yuan is unable to take action. Lightning Lord will also be unable to take action.

Jing Yuan Technique: Technique

Each time Lightning-Lord attacks, Jing Yuan regenerates 3 Energy.

Skill Lv. +3, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Basic ATK Lv. +1. up to a maximum of Lv. 10.

Level 6: Spell. Foes Vanquished

For a single action. Lightning Lord’s attack also makes target enemies Vulnerable. Vulnerable targets receive 12% more DMG until the end of this attack. Stacks up to 3 time(s).
