Best Kafka Builds

Kafka is a strong 5-star Lightning character in Honkai Star Rail. Kafka can be built in a variety of ways, but most players use her as a main DPS while others use her as a sub-DPS. She has the Nihility Path, which allows her to apply a lot of debuffs to enemies. She is a strong character that will deal damage over time, but if you have some of the main DPS characters, then you can easily use Kafka as a sub-DPS. Kafka is an A-tier character in Honkai Star Rail.

Best Kafka Light Cone

In the Name of the World

Increases the wearer’s DMG to debuffed enemies by 20/25/30/35/40%. When the wearer uses their Skill, the Effect Hit Rate for this attack increases by 20/25/30/35/40%, and ATK increases by 20/25/30/35/40%.

Eyes of the Prey

Increases Effect Hit Rate of its wearer by 20/25/30/35/40% and increases DoT by 24/30/36/42/48%.

Void

At the beginning of battle, increases the wearer’s Effect Hit Rate by 20/25/30/35/40% for 3 turn(s).

Best Kafka Relics

Band of Sizzling Thunder

(2) Increases Lightning DMG by 10%.
(4) When the wearer uses Skill, increases the wearer’s ATK by 25% for 1 turn(s).

Space Sealing Station

(2) Increases the wearer’s ATK by 12%. When the wearer’s SPD reaches 120 or higher, the wearer’s ATK increases by another 12%.

Midnight Tumult: Normal Attack

Single ATK
Deals 50% of Kafka’s ATK as Lightning DMG to a target enemy

Caressing Moonlight: Skill

Blast
Deals 70% of Kafka’s ATK as Lightning DMG to a target enemy and 25% of Kafka’s ATK as Lightning DMG to enemies adjacent to the target. If the target enemy is already taking DOT, immediately deals DMG equal to 100% of all current DoT effects the enemy has.

Twilight Trill: Ultimate

AoE Attack
Deals 36% of Kafka’s ATK as Lightning DMG to all enemies. There is a 100% base chance for enemies hit to be Shocked and immediately take DMG equal to 80% of the received DMG. Shock lasts for 3 turn(s). When Shocked. enemies receive 60% of Kafka’s ATK as Lightning DoT at the start of their turn.

Kafka Talent and Technique

Gentle but Cruel: Talent

Passive
After an ally uses Basic ATK on a Shocked enemy. Kafka immediately deals 75% of her ATK as Lightning DMG to that enemy. This effect can only be triggered once per turn.

Mercy Is Not Forgiveness: Technique

Impair
Immediately attacks the enemy. After entering battle, deals 50% of Kafka’s ATK as Lightning DMG to a random enemy. In addition, all enemies have a 100% base chance to be Shocked for 3 turn(s). While Shocked, enemies will take 50% of Kafka’s ATK as Lightning DoT at the start of each turn.

Kafka Eidolon

Level 1: Recitativo

After being hit, if the attacker is not currently Shocked, there is a 100% base chance of inflicting Ultimate’s Shock effect on them.

Level 2: Leggiero

Talent can trigger 2 time(s) each turn.

Level 3: Fantasia

Ultimate Lv. +3, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Basic ATK Lv. +1, up to a maximum of Lv. 10.

Level 4: Da Capo

When using Ultimate, enemies go from immediately receiving the current Shock DMG, to immediately receiving DMG from all current DoT effects.

Level 5: Doloroso

Skill Lv. +3, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Basic ATK Lv. +1, up to a maximum of Lv. 10.

Level 6: Fortississimo

When Talent is triggered for the first time each battle, its DMG dealt is increased by 120%. and immediately deals DMG equal to 100% of the current Shock DMG.
