March 7th is one of the 5-star Ice characters in Honkai Star Rail. March 7th has a lot of different builds, but most players are building her as a support while some build her as a tank. She has preservation, which allows her to support team characters while tanking the damage. She is a versatile character that can tank, support, and deal damage. excellent for new players. March 7th is an A-tier character in Honkai Star Rail.

Moment of Victory

Increases the wearer’s DEF by 24/30/36/42/48% and Effect Hit Rate by 20/25/30/35/40%. Increases the chance for the wearer to be attacked by enemies. When the wearer is attacked, increase their DEF by an additional 24/30/36/42/48% until the end of the wearer’s turn.

Day One of My New Life

Increases the wearer’s DEF by 16/18/20/22/24%. After entering battle, increases DMG RES of all allies by 8/9/10/11/12%. Effects of the same type cannot stack.

Amber

Increases the wearer’s DEF by 16/20/24/28/32%. If the wearer’s current HP is less than 50% of their Max HP, increases their DEF by a further 16/20/24/28/32%.

Knight of Purity Palace

(2) Increases DEF by 12%.
(4) Increases the max DMG that can be absorbed by the shield created by the wearer by 20%.

Belobog of the Architects

(2) Increases the wearer’s DEF by 15%. When the wearer’s Effect Hit Rate is 50% or higher, the wearer gains an extra 15% DEF.

The Power of Cuteness: Skill

Defense
Provide an ally with a shield that can absorb DMG equal to 60% of March 7th’s DEF +150 Sirigle ATK Deal 50% of March’s ATK as Ice DMG to a target enemy. for 3 turn(s). If target HP is above 50%, he/she is much more likely to be targeted by enemies.

Glacial Cascade: Ultimate

AoE Attack
Deal 90% of March 7th’s ATK as Ice DMG to all enemies. Each enemy hit has a 60% base chance to be Frozen for 1 turn(s). While Frozen, enemies cannot move and will take Ice DMG equal to 30% of March 7th’s ATK at the start of each turn.

When using a Technique to enter battle, there is a 100% base chance to inflict Freeze on a random enemy for 1 turn(s). While frozen, enemies cannot move and will take Ice DMG equal to 50% of March’s ATK at the start of each turn.

March 7th Eidolon

Level 1: Memory of You

Increases the number of times the Talent’s Counter effect can be triggered each turn by 1. When Counter is triggered, deals. an additional 35% of March 7th’s DEF as Ice DMG.

Level 2: Memory of It

Every time her Ultimate Freezes a target. March 7th regenerates 10 Energy.

Level 3: Memory of Everything

Ultimate Lv. +3, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Basic ATK Lv. +1, up to a maximum of Lv. 10.

Level 4: Don’t Want to Lose

Upon entering battle. grants a Shield equal to 50% of March 7th’s DEF plus 200 to the ally with the lowest HP percentage for 3 turn(s).

Level 5: Don’t Want to Forget

Skill Lv. +3, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Basic ATK Lv. +1. up to a maximum of Lv. 10.

Level 6: Just Like This. Always …

Allies under the protection of the Shield granted by the Skill will restore HP equal to 8% of their Max HP at the start of each round.

March 7th Story

A clever, quirky girl who is enthusiastic about all things girls her age are enthusiastic about. She travels with the Express, always bringing along her camera with the belief that one day she will be able to take a photo of something related to her past. She was found in a piece of drifting eternal ice and freed by the Astral Express Crew. When she awoke, she couldn’t remember anything about herself or her past. Though initially feeling dejected about this lack of identity, she decided to name herself after the date of salvation. And thus, on that day March 7th was born.
