Pela is a 4-star Ice character in Honkai Star Rail. Pela can be built in a variety of ways, but most players use her as a sub-DPS. She has the Nihility Path, which allows her to apply a lot of debuffs to enemies while dealing damage. Ultimate deals 50% more DMG to the Toughness of the target.

Level 6: Feeble Pursuit

When Pela attacks, if the target has 3 or more debuffs. deals 80% of Pela’s ATK as additional Ice DMG to the target.
