Best Seele Builds

Seele is one of the strongest 5-star fire characters in Honkai Star Rail. Seele has a lot of different builds, but most players are building her as Main DPS. She has the Hunt Path, which allows her to deal with some serious single-target damage. It is definitely worth using her because she is capable of dealing so much single-target damage. To get the most out of her, it is best to pair her with characters that will increase her attack or debuff enemies. Seele is an S-tier character in Honkai Star Rail.

Best Seele Light Cone

In the Night

Increases the wearer’s CRIT Rate by 12/15/18/21/24%. While the wearer is in battle, for every 10 SPD that exceeds 100, increase the wearer’s Basic ATK and Skill DMG by 6/7.5/9/10.5/12%, and increase the CRIT DMG of their Ultimate by 8/10/12/14/16%. This effect can stack up to 8 time(s).

Cruising in the Stellar Sea

Increases the wearer’s CRIT rate by 8/10/12/14/16%, and increases their CRIT rate against enemies with HP less than or equal to 50% by an additional 8/10/12/14/16%. When the wearer defeats an enemy, increase their ATK by 20/25/30/35/40% for 3 turn(s).

When the wearer defeats an enemy, increase ATK by 24/30/36/42/48% for 3 turn(s).

Butterfly Flurry: Ultimate

Single ATK
Receive buff and deal 240% of Seele’s ATK as Quantum DMG to a target enemy.

Seele Talent and Technique

Relentless Strikes: Talent

Passive
Apply buff on defeating an enemy and gain an extra action. With buff, Seele increases her DMG dealt by 40% for 1 turn(s). Enemies defeated during the extra action gained with her Passive ability Relentless Stikes will not trigger this passive effect again.

Phantom Illusion: Technique

Enhance
After using a Technique, gain Stealth for 20 second(s). While stealth in the Maze, Seele cannot be detected by enemies and will gain buff after initiating a battle with an attack.

Seele Eidolon

Level 1: Butterfly Dance

Skill’s SPD Boost can stack up to 2 time(s).

Level 2: Cut Off

When dealing DMG to an enemy whose HP is 50% or lower. Seele’s CRIT Rate increases by 15%.

Level 3: Dazzled

Ultimate Lv. +3, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Basic ATK Lv. +1, up to a maximum of Lv. 10.

Level 4: A Glimpse

When Seele defeats an enemy. she regenerates 15 Energy.

Level 5: Keen and Sharp

Level 6: Separation

After using her Ultimate, inflicts the target enemy with Butterfly Flurry for 1 turn(s). After getting attacked, the enemy suffering from Butterfly Flurry takes an additional 30% of Seele’s Ultimate’s DMG as Quantum DMG. If the target is defeated by the additional Butterfly Flurry DMG triggered by other allies’attacks. Seele’s Talent will not be triggered
