Qurwan is a tier 2 commander in LOTR Rise To War who, when used correctly, is extremely powerful. Qurwan will not deal a large amount of commander or troop damage, but he will debuff the enemy. His debuffs are the most powerful in the game, capable of overwhelming enemy units. There is only one build worth having, and it requires Qurwan to be on respect level 5. With this build, he will apply plenty of debuffs that will reduce enemy stats and allow you to deal significant damage.
Qurwan is a Tier 2 Commander, and the first thing you should notice and acknowledge is his base trait, “Support.” The “Support” trait grants Qurwan +25 (Commander) Focus and +5 Skill points. Focus is Qurwan’s strongest stat. “Focus” reduces the damage dealt with his selected army during battle.
Qurwan Build
You will have a talent point to use in your Commander’s skill tree once they level up. Arwen’s skill tree has four main skills and hence four different focus points, which we will discuss here. It’s worth noting that each of these four major skills is linked to two other skills that you’ll gain access to after leveling up the main skill to level 2. On Commander Respect level 0, you will have two main skills, to begin with.
