In LOTR Rise To War Yusraa is one of the better Commanders when it comes to Mordor faction and tier 1 Commanders with very decent stats for all 3 main stats. Yusraa is a Tier 1 Commander, and the first thing you should notice and acknowledge is her base trait, “Warrior.”
Yusraa will gain +25 (Commander) Might, +2 Skill points, and a 10% bonus (Commander) Physical damage with the “Warrior” trait. “Might ” is Yusraa’s highest stat. Physical damage dealt to enemy units and commanders may be increased. When your Commander levels up, you will gain a skill point to spend in their skill tree.
Yusraa’s skill tree has four main skills and thus four different focus points, which we will discuss here. It’s worth noting that each of these four main skills is connected to two additional skills that you’ll gain access to after leveling up the main skill to level 2.
On Commander Respect level 0, you will have two main skills to begin with.
Respect level 0 Build
“Experienced Warrior” is the first of two starting main skills. When the “Experienced Warrior” skill is active, it grants: – (Commander) + percent Normal Attack damage. Furthermore, at max level, the “Experienced Warrior” skill grants (Self) +amount Damage against melee units. This is a good skill for increased damage and burst.
This primary skill should be your primary focus in the early game. It’s worth noting that the “Experienced Warrior” skill is referred to as a “title” rather than a “skill,” which means that once unlocked and equipped with a skill point, it will act as a passive skill.
This skill has a two-round cooldown. As previously stated, when you level up the “Experienced Warrior” skill to level 2, you will unlock two additional skills that you can level up.
These are the two abilities:
- Hunt: (After the Commander attacks) [Against an enemy target] Damage dealt + percent (effect modified by Might stat) for two rounds, with a maximum of two stacks.
- Collaboration: (Self) Normal attacks deal an extra percentage of Physical damage.
In the early game, this skill tree should be your primary focus; we recommend maxing out “Experienced Warrior” and “Collaboration.”
The percentage of naturally effective stats increases as you level up addressed skills.
The second main skill is “Warband Leader” which when activated grants the following benefits: – (Army) Marching Speed + %. This isn’t a particularly useful skill, but if you’re looking for resource/siege bonuses, you might put some points into it to unlock connecting skills.
It’s worth noting that the “Warband Leader” skill is referred to as a “title” rather than a “skill,” which means that once unlocked and equipped with a skill point, it will function as a passive skill. Furthermore, when at the maximum level of the “Warband Leader” skill, acts as two commanders when completing tips.
When you level up “Warband Leader” to level 2, you will gain access to two new skills:
- Logistics: (Army) Siege plus amount.
- Collector: Percentage of resources collected.
The percentage of naturally effective stats increases as you level up addressed skills.
Respect level 3 Build
When you reach Yusraa’s Respect level 3, you will be able to unlock and level up her third main skill, “Easterling” which when activated will give you: (Commander) Normal attacks cause enemy stats to be reduced by – percent for 1 round.
This is a skill tree to focus on in the mid-game, and you should max it out as soon as you unlock it because Yusraa already has very decent Normal damage buff, and maxing out this skill would inflict stats debuffs on enemy units. It’s worth noting that the “Easterling” skill is referred to as a “title” rather than a “skill,” which means that once unlocked and equipped with a skill point, it will function as a passive skill.
These stats increase as you level up the skill, just like any other main skill. Yusraa will gain +15 Might points when she reaches the maximum level of her “Easterling” skill.
When you level up “Easterling” to level 2, you will gain access to two new skills:
- Evil Alliance: (Evil Men and Orcs) Damage received -%
- Iron Guard: +% chance of reducing Physical damage received by a certain percentage. These skills are excellent for damage mitigation, especially physical damage, which your Orc or Evil Men units may suffer. It is recommended that you invest some skill points in these two skills.
The percentage of naturally effective stats increases as you level up addressed skills.
Respect level 5 Build
Finally, once you reach Yusraa’s Respect level 5, you will be able to unlock and level up her fourth main skill, “Interrogator” which grants:
(Enemies Stunned or Mad) Damage received + percent for one round. Furthermore, when the “Interrogator” skill is maxed out, the damage bonus effect is modified by Speed.
There isn’t much to say about this skill, because it’s neither a damage nor a buff skill, and it’s also modified by Speed at max level, so you should avoid it unless you want to max out its two connected skills as well. In that case, it can be good and very powerful, but that path required a lot of skill points to put in.
This skill has a two-round cooldown. It’s worth noting that the “Interrogator” skill is referred to as a “title” rather than a “skill,” which means that once unlocked and equipped with a skill point, it will function as a passive skill. As previously stated, when you level up the “Interrogator” skill to level 2, you will unlock two additional skills that you can level up.
These are the two abilities:
- Laceration: (Each Round) [On 1 enemy target] Bleeding is inflicted, causing the target to take percent Physical damage (continuous) for 3 rounds. This skill has a three-round cooldown.
- Restrain: (Against two enemy targets) a chance of being Stunned for one round.
Both of these skills are highly recommended because they provide insane Burn damage burst against multiple targets.
The percentage of naturally effective stats increases as you level up addressed skills.
